During the event, Eng. Ali Saleh Aqlan - General Manager of the company and Eng. Mansour Badr - Deputy General Manager, participated by Teams application technology from the main center in the meeting that brought together the employees of the sector, reviewing the overall challenges were faced by the company and the group in general, and touched on the current country situation and the current market situation, as well as the company's priorities during the next stage. He expressed his thanks to all employees for their dedicated efforts, adding that what has been achieved would not have been possible without the presence of a united team with the competence and capabilities that enable it to perform well and consistently at the best professional level amid complex circumstances.
In turn, the Deputy General Manager pointed out the great importance that the company attaches to its employees as they are the most important and best assets that it is proud of, as they are the pillar of every success and the basis of every growth and development achieved in various fields.
For his part, Brother / Najeeb Hamoud Shamsan - Director of Human Resources, gave a brief explanation about the group's initiatives implemented by the company during the year 2023, in continuation of the efforts to take care of employees, and promote and consolidate the spirit of interdependence and cooperation between them, foremost of which are interdependence, compatibility, balance, support and other programs.
The activities of the meeting was concluded by honoring three of the company's sons in the northern sector who gave most of their giving and effort during 25 years of service, by handing over certificates, shields and in-kind gifts to the honorees and taking memorial photos with them.
